I was supposed to put my roast on high for 5-6 hours... I accidentally put it on low. It’s has been cooking on low for 5.5 hrs... how long does it need to be on high to be completely cooked?

Welcome to the site! Putting a roast on high for 5-6 hours sounds like a recipe for a burnt offering, but it all depends on how you are cooking this. You say roast, but put it on high, is this a slow cooker recipe? If it's an oven recipe what temperature does it say to bake it at, and what did you actually set?

Depending on the type of meat you cook it to the temperature required to get what you prefer (done-ness). If it's a crock pot high would be fine, for an oven, it would be disaster. Turn it up and monitor the internal temperature of the meat till it reaches the desired doneness.
