ชิยัน (สเปน: Chillán) เป็นเมืองในแคว้นบิโอ-บิโอ ประเทศชิลี ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากเมืองหลวงของประเทศ กรุงซานเตียโกราว 400 กม. (249 ไมล์) ทางทิศใต้ เป็นเมืองหลักของจังหวัดญูเบล มีประชากรราว 170,000 คน เป็นศูนย์กลางการค้าในพื้นที่ที่มีการปลูกผลไม้ ผลิตเหล้าองุ่นและแป้ง ตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1580 ถูกทำลายโดยแผ่นดินไหวเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1835 และได้สร้างขึ้นใหม่ ต่อมาเกิดแผ่นดินไหวขึ้นอย่างรุนแรงขึ้นอีกในปี ค.ศ. 1939 เมืองมีศูนย์การค้าทันสมัย มีตลาดแบบถนนเปิดโล่ง ขายผัก ผลไม้ งานหัตถกรรม และเสื้อผ้า อยู่หลายช่วงตึก ใกล้ ๆ มีภูเขาที่นิยมในการเล่นสกี
