i would like input from anyone that uses cumin in their food. I inherited a jar of the seasoning when my mom moved out of state. Better to give it away than throw it away. Unfortunately I have no clue what to do with it. I've had this jar for a while. And I'd like to use it before it goes bad.
I haven't looked online, the thought to ask this question came just mow, after reading some comments on a post on cooking rice. This is my first visit to this site. I got the impression from the comments the people here are passionate about food. And I hope to hear a wide range of uses and some insight on flavor. Whatever you can share on the topic of."what is cumin used for" is greatly appreciated.
