I'm single, and I want to cook just for myself, I'm looking for a source of such recipes for:

  • breakfast (500kcal)

  • lunch/snack (300kcal)

  • dinner (700kcal)

Pictures of what I cook would be nice, as from time to time I invite my dates for meals and I would like to serve not only what tastes but also looks good.

I'm a body builder so I need the estimations of recipes as accurate as possible. I tried allrecipes.com, however it's hard to find recipes which fit my nutrition plan well, as I cannot search by kcal or macro elements.

What I'm looking for is sort of: https://healthyeater.com/what_do_300_calorie_meals_look_like
but since I'm picky, I need a larger database to choose from.
